If you need to cancel your appointment give us a call at least 24 hours prior to your
appointment so we can accommodate our clients on the cancellation list.
50% deposit is required for all bookings over 90min- refundable when at least 24 hours notice is given.
With any course, if you miss an appointment or cancel without required notice a treatment will be deducted.
We require a patch test at least 24 hours before the following: tinting, eyelash extension, spray tan, hair dye. If you would like to have that done, simply pop in any of our branches – you do not need to have a booking for that!
Soprano Ice Laser treatments require a patch test at least 48 hours prior your first laser session. It is completely free of charge, however if booked on weekends or late evenings we do take £20 deposit which can be redeemed against future treatments.
